Dhofar customs seizes over 31,000 cigarettes in Oman

Muscat: More than 31,000 cigarettes which are banned in Oman are in custody of the police.

Oman Customs said in a statement "Dhofar Customs Department, in coordination with the Directorate of Inquiries and Investigations, led by the Dhofar Governorate Police Command , raided a site in the Wilayat of Salalah and seized large quantities of banned cigarettes, amounting to more than 31,000 cigarettes.
