Oman supports Saudi Arabia's decision to limit Haj pilgrims

Muscat: The Sultanate supports the decision taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia to limit the performance of the Haj rites for the current year to citizens and residents inside the Kingdom.

Oman News Agency ONA said: "The Sultanate expresses its support for the decision taken by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia regarding restricting the performance of the Haj rites for the current year to citizens and residents inside the Kingdom, with a total of 60,000 in light of the repercussions of the Coronavirus pandemic, expressing its appreciation for the efforts made by the Kingdom in serving pilgrims and its concern for their safety."
