Muscat: Establishing itself as one of the top ITC developments, not just in the Sultanate, but globally – Saraya Bandar Jissah was recognised with three major awards at the International Property Awards Summit 2015 held in London.
Organised at the London Marriott Hotel in Grosvenor Square, United Kingdom, this summit recognised the world’s leading property developers, architects, agents and interior designers. The overall regional winners and world’s best property companies were also announced at this event.
Saraya Bandar Jissah was named Best Marketing Development (Arabia), Best New Hotel Construction and Design (Arabia) and Best New Hotel Construction and Design (International) – becoming the first-ever project in Oman to receive such honours.

As the leading developer of Oman’s newest premier lifestyle destination, Saraya Bandar Jissah also emerged as one of the most prominent winners from the Sultanate at the Dubai chapter of the Awards.
Poised to be one of the most spectacular development sites under construction in Oman, Saraya Bandar Jissah won four major awards in the following categories - Residential Development, Mixed – Use Development Marketing and New Hotel Construction and Design.
The Summit in London saw a large number of senior delegates representing the very best in property development, design and architecture from across the world, who came together to network, forge new business relationships and collect their awards.

Saraya Bandar Jissah, which is being developed in partnership between Omran and Saraya Oman, is located on the outskirts of Muscat on a secluded beach surrounded by the Hajar Mountains. The destination is being built on 2.2mn sq.m of land, with an expansive beachfront and a high point of 250m above sea level. Saraya Bandar Jissah will be home to 398 residential units, hilltop villas, duplexes and luxury apartments - all with waterfront and mountainside views.
Scheduled for a grand opening in 2017, the two hotels form the major leisure components of Saraya Bandar Jissah, providing guests with a luxurious and relaxing home away from the day-to-day rigours of life.
