Earthquake recorded in southern Iran

Muscat: An earthquake of a magnitude of 5.0 was monitored in Southern Iran on Thursday.

"The earthquake was recorded at 4:24 pm MCT, at a depth of 10 km, 306 km from Khasab," the Earthquake Monitoring Centre, Sultan Qaboos University, said.
