Muscat: Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested three expats while they were hiding narcotics on one of the beaches in Muscat Governorate in order to sell them.
"The General Department for Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control arrested two expatriates while they were burying narcotics on a beach in Muscat Governorate, in an attempt to sell them to a drug dealer whom they had contacted on phone. They were arrested with morphine and crystal," ROP said in a statement.
"ROP also arrested another expatriate who followed the same criminal method in concealing a quantity of crystal and hashish narcotics. Legal measures are being taken against the three accused," ROP added.
