Oman's pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai opens for visitors

Muscat: The opening of the Sultanate of Oman’s pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai, was held under the patronage of His Excellency Mohsen bin Khamis Al Balushi, Advisor to the Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion and Commissioner-General of the Sultanate at the Expo, in the presence of several Omani officials and heads of the Gulf pavilions participating in the Expo.

His Excellency said that the Sultanate of Oman's pavilion at Expo 2020 Dubai is distinguisable in terms of design and content, as it is inspired by a certain icon, the frankincense tree that represents the story of the pavilion, and that the Sultanate has strictly adhered to the parameters set by the Organising Committee of Expo 2020 Dubai.

"The Sultanate in its participation is always keen to focus on Sultanate's achievements in various economic, cultural, social and scientific fields," he added.

His Excellency indicated that visitors to the Sultanate of Oman pavilion will see a rich content of the achievements of various Omani institutions, embodying the Oman 2040 vision, and informing them about the distinguished business models and various young Omani initiatives that highlight the connection of the Omani with his history and identity.
