People arrested for possessing unlicensed fishing guns

Muscat: A number of people have been arrested for possession of unlicensed fishing guns in Musandam Governorate.

The Directorate General of Agricultural, Fisheries and Water Resources in Musandam Governorate said in a statement that the fisheries control team was able to arrest a number of violators in possession of unlicensed fishing guns. Legal procedures are being completed against the violators.
