Two arrested for illegal hunting of Arabian gazelle

Muscat: The Environment Authority has arrested two people for hunting an Arabian gazelle in Dhofar Governorate.

The observers of the Environment Authority in the Najd Unit of the Directorate General of Environment, in the Governorate of Dhofar, were able to arrest two people who hunted an Arabian gazelle, in coordination with the Royal Oman Police, (ROP).

Equipment used by the hunters was seized and legal procedures agains them have been completed.
