Oman crime: Man gets 36 years in jail for theft, vandalism of vehicles

Muscat: A preliminary court in Khasab in Musandam Governorate sentenced an Omani national for committing 12 crimes involving vandalism of vehicles and theft.
The court sentence the suspect to 36 years in prison.
The Directorate General for Inquiries and Investigations in Musandam received reports on 16 cases of vehicle vandalism and theft during November and December of 2015. After forming an investigations team it was discovered that the series of crimes had a pattern.
Officers were able to arrest the suspect and he confessed during interrogations.
