Muscat: Residents of Al Rustaq town in the northern Al Batinah region are getting new community garbage bins, Be’ah – Oman’s key waste management body – has announced.
The Twitter announcement made on Sunday said that it’s a “transitional phase” and Be’ah will raise the level of waste management service in the area.
Be’ah said it will continue its efforts on replacing the old bins with the new containers in future.
Al Rustaq residents can call Be’ah on 1881 for enquiries or to report any case of “unsatisfactory” service, the announcement read.
