1/2 cup chickpea flour
1/2 cup boiled green peas
1 medium size onion , finely chopped
1 tsp red chilli powder
1 tsp Chaat masala
1tsp ground cumin
Salt to taste
1/4 cup water
1 tbsp vegetable oil
In a bowl , combine the chickpea flour , green peas , onion and spices.
Season with salt to taste .
Stir in water to get a pancake batter like consistency .
In a skillet over medium heat , heat the vegetable oil .
Pour in the batter in mini pancake portions and cook on both side till golden brown and crisp .
Serve hot with green chutney.
