Muscat – Mercedes-Benz Oman has launched its revamped e-Commerce store, with an all-new interface and innovative functionalities. The new and improved website is better designed, more engaging and easier to navigate – offering updated stock listings for new and certified pre-Owned vehicles.
As part of Mercedes-Benz Oman’s commitment to creating a memorable and personalized customer experience, users can now enjoy a seamless browsing experience with the ability to search for vehicles by model, trim, budget, and other filters. They can then select a vehicle of their choice, whether new or Certified Pre-Owned, and either reserve it online by making a deposit, or submit their details to get a finance application. Potential customers now also have the option to select their delivery dates and delivery location. Finally, a new online payment facility means that they can pay online via credit and debit card at the accessory store and for the vehicle reservation deposit.
