People invited to look for Ramadan crescent in Oman

Muscat: The Sultanate of Oman’s Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs (MERA) has called on people to investigate the crescent of Ramadan on Wednesday, March 22, 2023.

In its announcement, the ministry said: “The Ministry of Endowments and Religious Affairs calls on everyone to investigate the sighting of the crescent of the month of Ramadan for this year, on Wednesday evening, on Sha’ban 29, 1444, which corresponds to March 22, 2023.
