On behalf of HM the Sultan, HH Sayyid Asa’ad bids farewell to Libyan ambassador

Muscat: On behalf of His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik, HH Sayyid Asa'ad bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for International Relations and Cooperation Affairs, Personal Representative of His Majesty the Sultan, received in his office today Sania Abu Al Qasim Ghoma, Ambassador of Libya to the Sultanate of Oman, to bid her farewell at the end of her tour of duty.

During the meeting, the ambassador expressed her thanks to His Majesty the Sultan for the support extended to her during her tour of duty from His Majesty, the Government and the Omani people. She also wished His Majesty good health, happiness and a long life and the Sultanate of Oman further development and growth under the wise leadership of His Majesty.

On his turn, HH Sayyid Asa'ad expressed his appreciation for the efforts exerted by the ambassador in serving bilateral relations and wished her success. He also wished the people of Libya further progress and prosperity.

The meeting was attended by the Secretary General and the two advisors at HH Sayyid Asa'ad office.
