Seminar held on producing, exporting vValue-added seafood products

Al Seeb: The Arab Open University, represented by the colleges of business and computer sciences, organised on Sunday a seminar on the topic of empowering the Sultanate of Oman as a centre for the production and export of value-added seafood products.

Eng. Yaqoub Khalfan Al Busaidi, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Agriculture, Fisheries and Water Resources for Water Resources pointed out that the Ministry’s strategy is to enhance the added-value of this sector by exploring new international markets.

Moreover, the seminar included speakers from the public and private sectors of the Sultanate of Oman.
