Muscat :The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested 16 expatriates for attempting to enter the Sultanate of Oman illegally.
"The Coast Guard Police in North Al Batinah Governorate arrested 16 infiltrators of Asian nationalities on board a boat while they were trying to enter the country illegally. The legal procedures were completed against them," ROP said in a statement.
