Muscat: Mahout station recorded the highest temperature in the Sultanate of Oman on Saturday, March 30, 2024, which crossed 47 degrees Celsius.
According to Oman Meteorology, Mahout station in Al Wusta Governorate recorded 47.3 degrees as the highest temperature among all the weather stations during the last 24 hours, followed by Shalim station in Dhofar Governorate with 38.4 degrees Celsius and then Yaaloni Station in Al Wusta Governorate with 35.6 degrees Celsius. 34.6 degrees Celsius was recorded in Zamaim and 34.5 degrees Celsius in Thumrait station in Al Wusta Governorate. The lowest temperature recorded in the Sultanate of Oman during the last 24 hours was 11.1 degrees Celsius in Jabal Shams station in Al Dakhiliyah Governorate .
