Royal Academy of Management to sharpen skills of 200 private sector staff

Muscat: The Royal Academy of Management (RAM) announced the commencement of registration in the national programme for development of leadership from Sunday, 21 April .

Dr. Fathiya bint Abdullah Al Rashidi , acting assistant chief of the Royal Academy of Management said that the programme targets middle management employees in the private sector and would sharpen the skills of 200 participants for assuming higher eldership positions.

The programme would boost the participants’ knowledge, skills and performance, she said, adding that the programme would also develop their leadership and supervisory skills, which would positively reflect on the national economy.

She said that the seven- month programme includes four educational units and workshops among other aspects.

She said that the programme would provide the Omanis working in the private sector and entrepreneurs to register for the programme through the website of the Royal Academy of Management.
