One arrested for possessing over 30 kg of hashish in Oman

Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has arrested a person for possessing more than 30 kilograms of hashish in South Al Batinah Governorate.

ROP said in a statement :"The Department for Combating Drugs and Psychotropic Substances, led by the South Al Batinah Police, arrested a person in possession of more than 30 kilograms of hashish. Legal procedures are being completed against him."

Three arrested for stealing money and mobile phones from a house 

In another incident, North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested three people for stealing money and mobile phones from a house in Sohar. Legal procedures are being completed against them.
