Efforts of Oman Human Rights Commission highlighted

Muscat: Oman Human Rights Commission highlighted its efforts in raising awareness in the field of human rights, as well as the commission’s role in preparing various reports and receiving complaints.

This took place during the meeting of Dr. Rashid Hamad Al Balushi, Chairman of Oman Human Rights Commission with Counsellor Jaber Saleh Al Marri, Chairman of the Arab Charter Committee on Human Rights and his accompanying delegation.

The guest’s visit to the Sultanate of Oman comes in preparation for the discussion session of Oman’s first report before the Arab Charter Committee on Human Rights. The session will be held in mid-December 2024.
