Building collapse in Dhofar claims one life, injures three

Muscat: A tragic incident of a building collapse in Salalah, Dhofar Governorate, early Monday morning, December 9, 2024, resulted in one fatality and three individuals sustaining moderate to critical injuries.

The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) said in a statement :"Rescue teams from the Civil Defense and Ambulance Department in Dhofar Governorate responded at dawn today to the collapse of a building under construction in Salalah. The accident resulted in the death of one person and the injury of three others with injuries ranging from moderate to critical."
