HM the Sultan sends cable of congratulations to Emir of Qatar

Muscat : His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik has sent a cable of congratulations to the Emir of the State of Qatar, on the occasion of the National Day of the State of Qatar. 

Oman News Agency (ONA), reported that His Majesty Sultan Haitham Bin Tarik sends a cable of congratulations to his brother His Highness Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani, Emir of the State of Qatar, on the occasion of the National Day of the State of Qatar.
