Royal Decree appoints ambassador to Bangladesh

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik today issued Royal Decree No. 50/2025 appointing an ambassador. The decree reads as follows:

Article (1) grants Minister Plenipotentiary Jameel bin Haji bin Ismaeel Al Balushi the position of an ambassador and appoints him as the Sultanate of Oman’s Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador to the People’s Republic of Bangladesh.

Article (2) says that this decree shall be published in the Official Gazette and enforced from its date of issue.
