Ibri: The Municipal Council of A’Dhahira Governorate on Thursday discussed several topics related to the development of public services and facilities in the governorate’s wilayats. These included a proposal to develop the area surrounding Bayt Al-Marh Fort in the Wilayat of Yanqul, along with other service and developmental initiatives.
The discussions took place during the council’s meeting chaired by Hamdan Nasser Al Yahyai, Deputy Chairman of the A’Dahirah Municipal Council.
During the meeting, specialists from the Directorate General of Housing and Urban Planning presented a visual showcase on the “Tatweer” platform, the “Surooh” housing scheme, and housing services in the governorate. They also explored investment opportunities in usufruct lands and the proposed sites for used car showrooms.
Additionally, the council reviewed recommendations from the minutes of previous meetings held by the Governorate Development Committee, the Health and Environmental Affairs Committee, and the Social Affairs Committee. The council also approved the minutes of its prior session and followed up on the implementation of its recommendations.
