Muscat: The Authority for Small and Medium Enterprises Development (Riyada) has obtained world standards certificate “ISO 9001:2015”, deemed one of the most prominent international certifications that are accorded to Quality Management Systems (QMS).
The “ISO 9001:2015” is granted to establishments that apply comprehensive quality systems and standards accredited to the International Organisation for Standardization (ISO).
The certification represents international recognition of Riyada's efficiency in adopting the best administrative and technical practices in improving performance, minimising errors and developing mechanisms to render top quality services to entrepreneurs.
