Muscat: The Development and Advancement Committee of Muscat Governorate conducted a field visit yesterday to the Mutrah Cable Car project to assess ongoing work and review progress on-site.
The visit is part of the committee’s continuous efforts to monitor developmental projects aimed at serving the local community and enhancing the region’s tourism and recreational infrastructure.
During the visit, committee members were briefed on the current stage of construction, technical specifications, and projected timelines for completion.
They also inspected the facilities and infrastructure to ensure they meet quality and safety standards.
The Muttrah Cable Car project is set to become a major recreational and tourist attraction, offering visitors panoramic views of the city and surrounding landscapes. Officials emphasized the project’s role in diversifying tourism offerings and contributing to the socio-economic development of the governorate.
