Muscat: SalamAir has announced the cancellation of all its international flights, including services to Masirah, for 24 hours starting from February 28, 2026, citing the evolving situation in the region.
In a statement, the airline said the decision was taken as a precautionary measure, emphasizing that the safety of its passengers and crew remains its top priority.
“Due to the current evolving situation in the region, SalamAir regrets to inform its valued passengers that all SalamAir international flights (including Masirah) have been cancelled for the coming 24 hours starting from 28 February 2026 as a precautionary measure. We understand this disruption may inconvenience some passengers, and we sincerely appreciate your understanding as these events are beyond our control,” the airline stated.
The airline added that it is closely monitoring developments and will continue to provide passengers with the latest updates.
