
Salalah: The Civil Defence and Ambulance Authority (CDAA) on Thursday organised an introductory meeting on an ambulance services management project codenamed Nabdh (Pulse) in the Governorate of Dhofar.
The meeting outlined the project's plans to develop within the Authority’s geographical units, in implementation of the vision of the Authority for continuous improvement and its keenness to raise the quality of its services to the community.
The project, which is being implemented by the Directorate General of Ambulance, seeks to apply the “ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System” in a manner that contributes to unifying procedures and practices, defining responsibilities, integrating roles, raising the efficiency of performance and establishing a culture of continuous improvement, with the prime objective of gaining accreditation in line with international standards.
