Throughout his career, he has earned recognition for delivering exceptional dining experiences, leading high-performing culinary teams, and driving operational excellence across luxury hotels and award-winning restaurants.
Chef Moreno is recognized for his passion for authentic cuisine, operational excellence, and innovative culinary leadership. Throughout his career, he has successfully overseen multi-outlet restaurant concepts, luxury resort dining operations, and large-scale culinary teams, earning industry recognition for both guest satisfaction and culinary excellence. Among his notable achievements, the acclaimed Italian restaurant La Spiga in Doha was awarded Best Italian Restaurant at the Time Out Doha Restaurant Awards under his culinary leadership.
As Executive Chef at InterContinental Muscat, Chef Moreno will oversee the hotel’s culinary operations, focusing on elevating guest experiences through innovative dining concepts, exceptional quality, and a passion for authentic cuisine.
