Sultan Qaboos University Career and Training Fair opens

Muscat: A career guidance fair kicked off at the Sultan Qaboos University yesterday.
The Career and Training Fair 2017 opened under the auspices of Eng. Mohsen bin Mohammed Al Sheikh, Chairman of Muscat Municipality.
The 3-day fair is being organised by the SQU Career Guidance Centre. The exhibition aims to provide jobs and training to university students, enhance their abilities and prepare them for the labour market.
The exhibition is suitable for the students who will select their majors as it gives them the opportunity to learn about the most desired majors in the labour market, and working environment associated to them.
The fair will be accompanied by a number of events and awareness lectures about the skills required in the labour market, how to pass the personal interviews and other important topics for students and alumni alike.
A number of introductory lectures and jobs will be offered by institutions and companies participating in the fair. -ONA
