Tehran: Highlighting Omani writers, the Sultanate, represented by the Ministry of Heritage and Culture and the Ministry of Information, is taking part in the 30th edition of Tehran International Book Fair during 3rd to 13th May.
This participation comes as part of the Sultanate's cultural goals in spreading the Omani culture and highlighting the Omani intellectual production.
The Sultanate's participation, which achieves successful results yearly, aims at activating the Omani pavilion as a literary hub.
The pavilion contains books from various literary fields reflecting the Sultanate's cultural heritage.
It also aims at activating cultural cooperation fields between the two countries and the intellectual and literary communication, as well as enhancing the cultural exchange in fields of authoring and publishing books and highlighting the Omani writers in various Arab and world countries.
The Sultanate's pavilion includes a selective collection of several publications and titles representing various literary, artistic, intellectual and scientific areas in order to expand and diversify the Sultanate's participation in book fairs.
