Oman transport: Final stretch of Jibreen-Ibri road opened for public use

Muscat: The final stretch of the Jibreen–Ibri dual-carriageway project has been opened for public traffic, the Ministry of Transport and Communications has announced.

"The Ministry has opened traffic movement for the last stretch of the Jibreen–Ibri dual-carriageway project, specifically at the Al Seleef area," the Ministry said in a statement online.

Earlier last year, the Ministry of Transport and Communications opened a 12 km stretch of the Jibreen–Ibri dual-carriageway project, which has a total length of 90 kilometres.
