Oman football: Al Nasr face Sohar in HM’s Cup final

Muscat: Four-time winners Al Nasr will take on Sohar in His Majesty’s Cup Football Championship at the Sultan Qaboos Sports Complex on April 5.
Al Nasr and Sohar, who will be hoping to lay their hands on the coveted trophy for the first time, reached the final after contrasting results in the second leg matches of the semifinals on Friday.
Sohar, who travelled to the capital city to take on Seeb, were handed a 2-1 defeat but they qualified for the final thanks to their 4-1 win in the first-leg match played on March 16.
Al Nasr also advanced to the summit clash thanks to their 3-1 win in the first leg despite being held to a 1-1 draw by Al Shabab on Friday.
