Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to King Harald V of Norway on the occasion of his country's National Day.
In his cable, His Majesty the Sultan has expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of good health and happiness to King Harald and the people of Norway further progress and prosperity.
