His Majesty congratulates Djiboutian President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to President Ismail Omar Guelleh of the Republic of Djibouti on the occasion of him being re-elected as a president of the republic for the fourth five-year presidential term.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations and best wishes of success to President Guelleh. His Majesty also wished him success in leading the brotherly Djiboutian people towards further progress and prosperity and the good existing relations between the two countries further progress.
