One injured in mountaineering accident in Oman

Muscat: One person was injured after a mountaineering accident took place at Jebel Samhan in Dhofar Governorate, the Public Authority for Civil Defence and Ambulance (PACDA) announced.
Officials said that once the person was located, the Royal Air Force transported him to hospital.
In a statement online PACDA said, “Rescue teams were able to find [the person who fell from Jebel Samhan in Dhofar governorate]. The person was transported to a hospital by the Royal Air Force, due to a moderate injury."
