Football: Bank Muscat pledges support to Oman national team at Asian Cup

MUSCAT: The Oman national football team participating in the AFC Asian Cup championship presently underway in the UAE has received encouraging support from Bank Muscat, the flagship financial services provider in the Sultanate. Aimed at motivating the team and promoting the national game, the bank has announced support for members of the National Team Fans Association attending the event to cheer the team. Oman will play its inaugural match on Wednesday against Uzbekistan. The following matches in the first round will be played against Japan and Turkmenistan.
