Royal Oman Police arrest over 100 for theft in a month

Muscat: Police arrested 110 suspects involved in cases of theft in February this year, according to a statement issued by the Royal Oman Police (ROP), with 103 cases of theft registered in the same month.

An official source at the ROP said, "110 suspects were arrested in February and 103 cases of theft were committed in various governorates of the Sultanate."

ROP have praised the cooperation of citizens and residents in the detection of these crimes, stressing at the same time the need to take the necessary precautions to secure their property.
