His Majesty congratulates Mauritian President

Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Qaboos bin Said has sent a cable of congratulations to Paramasivum Barlen Vyapoory, Acting President of the Republic of Mauritius on the occasion of his country's National Day.
In his cable, His Majesty expressed his sincere congratulations along with his best wishes to President Vyapoory and the friendly people of his country.
