Muscat: A new project that offers freehold residential units for purchase to all nationalities is scheduled to be completed by the end of 2020.
Rose Village, a new Integrated Tourism Complex project located at Muscat Hills will offer 39 townhouses starting from OMR178,000 and going up to OMR250,000.
Maysan Properties SAOC signed the construction contract for the Rose Village project at Muscat Hills Resort with Al Arkan Contracting LLC on Sunday in the presence of His Highness Sayyid Al Rawi bin Qais bin Tareq Al Said.
Sayyid Al Rawi expressed his pleasure for having Maysan Properties as a developer within Muscat Hills, stressing that the Rose Village project is a quality addition to the resort and will contribute to the development of luxury housing solutions for the Omani youth wishing to have an accommodation of investment.

Talking to Times of Oman, Sadiq bin Jaffer bin Sulaiman, Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of Maysan Properties Company said that the units are going to be modern stylish townhouses and expected to be completed in about 18 months.
“At Rose Village, there are going to be 39 townhouses, and will be completing the range of all residential units at Muscat Hills as currently there are only villas. It is going to be a gated community and each unit will be spread over the range of 260 sqm to 300 sqm.
“The units are fully independent and include all the amenities, such as swimming pool, garden, parking, in addition to stylish and quality finishes. It comprises of three floors with 3 to 4 bedrooms with annexes,” Sulaiman said

He added that the price will start from OMR178, 000 and can go up to OMR250, 000.
“The payment is based on the progress of the construction which is due to be completed in 18 months, and for people looking for a financial support can apply for morgue schemes that we have registered with a few banks,” the CEO said.
Sulaiman continued on saying that Rose Village project is one of the company’s strategic projects. “The project’s location is unique due to the major landmarks surrounding it, such as Muscat International Airport, Oman Convention and Exhibition Centre, and various vital facilities, notably malls.”
He added that the company has already sold about 40 per cent of the units, as it provides the opportunity for freehold ownership of Omani and foreign nationals who may obtain a residence visa for them and their families.
