Muscat: The Ministry of Manpower has dealt with more than 7,000 calls during June 2020.
The Ministry of Manpower said in a statement that, "The numbers of calls that the call centre dealt with during the month of June 2020 has reached 7,044 out of which 1,132 calls were related to labour complaints. 1,866 calls were on topics related to job opportunities, 857 calls related to laws and regulations and the number of calls related to licenses reached 923. 258 calls were on reports against violators."
"711 calls were regarding technical challenges faced by the beneficiaries of electronic services, the number of calls regarding complaints against recruitment offices reached 137 and 271 calls were about obligations. 28 calls were about suggestions and complaints," the statement added.
