Muscat Municipality said in a statement: "For the purpose of maintaining systems and enhancing their performance, the municipality of Muscat wishes to draw the attention of the users of the municipality’s website to the suspension of the service request window, and that the service will be restored on Monday morning on August 24, 2020. "
