Discussion held on money laundering, financing terrorism

Muscat: A discussion was held on combating money laundering and terrorist financing in the auditing sector, gold, precious stones and precious metals. 

The Ministry of Commerce, Industry and Investment Promotion, in cooperation with the National Committee for Combating Money Laundering and Financing Terrorism, discusses in a workshop via video communication the fight against money laundering and financing of terrorism in the auditing sector, gold, precious stones and precious metals, and the legal challenges associated with them."
