Rainfall predicted in parts of Oman

Muscat: Scattered rains predicted in the northern governorates of the Sultanate of Oman including Muscat today, Wednesday, 11 January, 2023, said an official from Oman Meteorology.

 An official from the Oman Meteorology confirmed exclusively to Times of Oman that today, Wednesday, the weather will be cloudy to partly cloudy over the governorates of Musandam, North and South Al Batinah, Al Buraimi and the Governorate of Muscat. The Governorate of Musandam will receive more rainfall, followed by the Governorate of North Al Batinah, especially the coastal areas. Chances of rain will be minimal in the Governorate of Muscat.

He also pointed out that the percentage of rain in various governorates will be less than the previous depression, which was between the period of December 5-8, 2023.
