Chinese passenger arrested for smuggling marijuana into Oman

Muscat: Muscat International Airport Customs has foiled an attempt to smuggle 12,660 kilograms of marijuana into the Sultanate of Oman. 

Oman Customs said in a statement :"Muscat International Airport Customs thwarted a Chinese passenger's attempt to smuggle 12,660 kilograms of marijuana, which was hidden tightly inside her personal bag."
