Muscat: In two separate incidents, the Royal Oman Police made significant arrests in Muscat and North Al Batinah Governorates.
Drug bust in Muttrah
The Directorate of Narcotics and Psychotropic Substances Control, led by the Muscat Governorate Police, arrested two Asian individuals in Muttrah. They were found with over 52 kilograms of narcotics and 7,900 capsules of psychotropic substances.
Jewellery theft in Suwaiq
In Wilayat of Suwaiq, the North Al Batinah Governorate Police Command arrested two Asian individuals for stealing jewellery from a house. The thieves took advantage of the residents' absence.
Legal procedures are being completed against all the arrested individuals.
