Muscat: The Royal Oman Police (ROP) has issued instructions for placing stickers on vehicles in celebration of the Omani national Day.
The stickers can be pasted on vehicles between November, 5,2025 to November 30,2025.
According to the ROP, it is prohibited to change the vehicle’s colour or shape, add stickers that don’t comply with the traffic safety requirements as well as depicting the crown and Khanjar emblem on stickers is also banned.
Additionally, stickers must be limited to relevant and appropriate image or expressions and they must be firmly and properly fixed.
It is also prohibited to place stickers on the front or side windows, only images on the rear window are allowed, provided they don’t obstruct the driver’s view.
Moreover, placing fabrics and attaching them to the vehicle’s hood is also not allowed.
