Muscat: Oman Air has announced the temporary suspension of its flights to and from Baghdad following recent regional developments.
In a statement issued to passengers, the airline said the decision was taken as a precautionary measure in response to the evolving situation, while confirming that the remainder of its flight network continues to operate as scheduled.
The airline added that, where necessary, flights will be re-routed using paths that maintain a safe distance from conflict areas to ensure passenger safety.
Oman Air advised all travellers to check their flight status on its official website before heading to the airport and thanked customers for their understanding and cooperation.
