HH Sayyid Shihab receives French Chief of Armed Forces

Muscat: HH Sayyid Shihab bin Tarik Al Said, Deputy Prime Minister for Defence Affairs received in his office at Al Murtafaa Camp today General Fabien Mandon, Chief of Staff of the French Armed Forces and his accompanying delegation.

The meeting reviewed the advanced relations between Oman and France. The two sides also addressed the regional and international developments and exchanged views on means of enhancing the joint interests, in addition to discussing a set of topics of mutual interest.

The meeting was attended by the Chief of Staff of the Sultan’s Armed Forces and the French Ambassador to Oman.
