Muscat: The Royal Air Force of Oman Band achieved top results in the international music competition currently being held in Scotland, United Kingdom.
The band won first place overall in category 4B in the Dundonald and Bridge of Allan competitions, as well as second place overall in category 4A.
In the Dundonald competitions, the percussion ensemble claimed first place in both categories and received the award for best overall military appearance. Meanwhile, in the Bridge of Allan competitions, the band achieved second place in both marching and overall military appearance among participating international bands from outside the United Kingdom.
